Atterbury Property is putting up the largest mall in Africa estimated at R3,2-billion. Known as ‘Mall of Africa’, the development is located in Midrand and will accommodate over 300 shops. The mall will be a home to heavyweight international fashion retailers such as Cotton On, H&M, Forever Hamleys, Forever New, River Island, Mango, Tommy Hilfiger and Versace. Other retailers include Stuttafords, Woolworths and Edgars.
